Facts about France cuisine in 2010

French cuisine is a style of cooking from France. It has been developed during the 17th centuries. Ingredients and dishes vary from region to region. Cheese and wine are used in major part of cuisine, In Paris over 9000 restaurants are available with variety of dishes. French cuisine changes according to the season. They use salads and fruits during summer because these are refreshing and cheaper than any other food. Shellfish are famous during the winter,in soring oysters appear in large number of quantities.

















French people mostly like non vegetarian foods like chicken, beef and pork , they are in best place for cooling the delightful dishes. Their cuisine tastes different from the other countries. Famous French foods are Eclair ,Ratatouillem, Chocolate Mousse and baguette. French foods are known for variety and decorative item and these are most tasteful than any other food from Europe. French traditional are tastier than modern food.
